The Preschool application is available in paper copies only! You can find paper copies at all Nash County Public Schools Elementary Schools, the Central Office, and the Teacher Resource Center.

Pre-K Application Requirements

• Child Must be 4-years-old on or before August 31, 2024

• Certified Birth Certificate (copy)

• Two (2) proofs of physical address

• Parent’s income verification for one current month

• Proof of guardianship, if applicable

• Parent/Guardian photo identification

*Proof of physical address: 1) current utility bill (gas, water, lights only) dated within the last thirty (30) days 2) Copy of deed, lease agreement, mortgage, or property tax. A driver’s license can also serve as proof of residency.
