Student Records Request/Transcripts

Due to a broken component on our vendor’s film machine and their ongoing relocation, SOME record requests may be delayed. We are working diligently with our vendor to resolve this issue and appreciate your patience.

We do not accept walk-in request. You must submit a request via Scribbles. You can access Scribbles by clicking on the following link, https://nrmnc.scriborder.com/

The Nash County School District is now offering a secure site for current and former students to access transcripts, attendance, and employment verifications.

Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian, or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

Please note the information below:

  • A five-dollar convenience fee will be added to each transaction.

  • All Records are fulfilled electronically in 7-10 business days.

  • Requests must be made via Scribbles. We will not accept requests via Phone calls, emails, voicemails, or written requests.

  • At this time, we are limited with the amount of phone calls we can take daily, please try to communicate via email at records@ncpschools.net to ensure accurate communication.

  • We do not take records requests via email, that must be done via scribbles.

  • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM-4:00 p.m.). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

Please note that this website is optimized for IE 9.0 and higher, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Current NCPS Students will be given 3 free transcripts. Any Additional transcripts will be $15. 

The Following May Be Requested by Former Students:

  • Official High School Transcript $15.00 each

  • Unofficial High School Transcript $15.00 each

  • Verification of Graduation $15.00 each

  • Copy of Birth Certificate $15.00 each

  • Verification of Attendance $15.00 each

  • Immunization Records $15.00 each

  • Deferred Action / Dream Act $35.00 each

  • Full Record Copy for Disability $35.00 each

 

The Following May be Requested by Current Students:

  • Official High School Transcript - The first 3 free then $15.00 after

  • Unofficial High School Transcript - The first 3 free then $15.00 after

  • Immunization Records - The first 3 free then $15.00 after

 

The Following May NOT Be Requested:

We cannot provide copies of your SAT/ACT scores.  For copies, contact the test provider.

 

Swift Creek Elementary; Cedar Grove Elementary; DS Johnson Elementary, Fairview Elementary, Baskerville Elementary, or JW Parker Middle

  • If you attended Swift Creek or Cedar Grove Elementary Schools, you should select Red Oak Elementary.

  • If your child or you attend or previously attended D.S. Johnson Elementary, Fairview Elementary, Baskerville Elementary, or J.W. Parker Middle, please note that these schools are no longer part of Nash County Public Schools (NCPS) and are now part of Edgecombe County Public Schools (ECPS). For any inquiries, please contact Edgecombe County Public Schools directly.
