NC Pre-K Application Requirements

  • The child must be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2025

  • Certified Birth Certificate (Copy)

  • Two (2) proofs of physical address*

  • Parent's income verification for one current month

  • Proof of guardianship, if applicable

  • Parent/Guardian photo identification

*Proof of physical address: 1) current utility bill (gas, water, lights only) dated within the last thirty (30) days
2) Copy of deed, lease agreement, mortgage, or property tax. A driver’s license can also serve as proof of residency.
