Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Nash County Public Schools offers all employees access to an Employee Assistance Program through a partnership with ComPsych Corporation. ComPsych provides information, resources, and tools to support positive change and well-being for our employees. 

Experienced, highly trained clinicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for support with emotional support issues, work-life solutions, healthy living, and more.  NCPS employees can connect directly with a Guidance Consultant face-to-face, online, or by phone - whichever method works best for you. 

As with all EAP services, your conversation will be strictly confidential.
