• Push notifications about breaking news, closures, weather, events, and more!

• Easy access to lunch menus and calendars

• School and staff directory

• Parents log in to access grades, fees, and bus information

How to Download The App?

• Go to the App Store or Google Play

• Search "Nash County Public Schools"

• Select "Free" and then "Install."

• You will need to know your Apple or Google account password

• After it has been installed, select "Open."

• You have now downloaded the App

How to Customize Your News and Calendar Feeds

• To customize your news:

  • Select "Settings"

  • Select "Follow Schools"

  • Select which school(s) you wish to follow

  • Choose which type of news you want to follow

  • Select "Back" and then "Done."

  • Now your customized selection will display in your News Section

 To customize your events calendar:

• Select the Events Calendar icon

• Select the "Gear" in the top right-hand corner

• Select which school(s) you wish to follow

• Select "Done"

• Your App is now customized

Public Information Request -

Public records requests are governed by Nash County Public Schools Board Policy 5070/7350 and North Carolina Public Records Law N.C.G.S. 132-1 through 132-9.

Nash County Public Schools will deliver the records at no charge in PDF form by email.  If records are required in another form, the School System will charge a reasonable fee for disks/hard copies and postage.  Labor costs may be charged for extraordinary requests.

If your organization is interested in submitting a flyer for approval, please email the flyer and your request to the Communications Department, Caroline Johnson at csjohnson@ncpschools.net.

Please note that you are responsible for the distribution (copies) of flyers within NCPS facilities.

This could involve dividing a large district into smaller ones with their administration, governance, and programs. Demerging aims to decentralize decision-making, improve efficiency, address educational needs, and create more manageable units. Careful planning and coordination are essential to ensure a smooth transition and maintain education quality for affected students.
