Career and Technical Education (CTE)

Career & Technical Education's rigorous and relevant programs prepare our youth for a wide range of high-wage, high skill, and high-demand careers. CTE empowers students to be successful, citizens, workers, and leaders in a global economy. We want to ensure all students graduate from high school ready for careers and college but more importantly, prepared for life.

Career & Technical Education offers programs in grade 6-12 in Nash County Public Schools. Programs begin with middle school skill-based business and technology courses and lead to specialized career academies, certifications, business/industry targeted curriculum and Career & College Promise (CCP) community college courses are offered.
