Leadership Retreat

Each year, district and school leaders come together for a leadership retreat to reflect, collaborate, and prepare for the year ahead.

We are grateful to Nash Community College for allowing us to use their space and to the amazing NCPS leadership team who helped plan such a meaningful event.

During the retreat, Superintendent Dr. Steve Ellis shared district updates, reviewed the past year, and previewed the upcoming school year. NCPS departments also shared important updates and initiatives that will ultimately impact our students and support the mission and vision of Nash County Public Schools.

Together, we remain committed to partnering with families, staff, and the community to support every student with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities for lifelong success.
