National IT Professionals Day is celebrated every year on the third Tuesday of September (September 16). It’s a special day to say “thank you” to the IT workers who help keep technology running in our schools.
NCPS Technology Services is the team that takes care of computers, the internet, and other tech tools in our school district. They help students, parents, teachers, and school staff use technology every day.
The NCPS Technology Services does many important jobs. Some work on computer programs, some help people talk to each other with phones and email, and others make sure the school’s internet and networks work. Some team members keep our data safe from hackers.
On National IT Professionals Day, we thank these amazing workers for all they do. We also encourage students who like technology to keep learning, maybe one day you’ll work in IT too!
